ECOM ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
You are responsible to pay for the Academy Product in full (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit card or other payment method. You may choose between a single payment of $3497 (due immediately) or two monthly payments of $47, then 45 weekly payments of $89. If you select the payment plan, you must pay the initial payment today and then your selected payment method will be automatically charged the following payments on a monthly or weekly basis, for a total payment of $4099.
If you opt for monthly/weekly payments, you will remain responsible for those payments unless you obtain a refund according to the Program’s Refund Policy set forth below. You may not cancel or avoid these payments except through the Refund Policy. If you have selected a payment plan and you miss a payment, your account status will be changed to “delinquent.” You will immediately lose access to future Modules and Bonuses and your access to the Site and all Content will be removed after your payment declined. You will be removed from the ECom Academy with Carina Hatton private Facebook group. You will also not receive access to future versions of the Program as it’s released until all payments are made in full.
If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the Company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the Company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.
To be clear, the ECom Academy is not a subscription payment model that can be canceled or a “pay in part” program where you can pay only for access to certain Modules and not others. This is a full immersion program, and your payment plan is a convenience that we offer so that you can make the price sustainable.
"30 DAY WALK-AWAY" POLICY
The "30 DAY WALK-AWAY" Policy gives you the ability to "walk away" if you decide the program is not for you AND you give notice by 12:00pm CST prior to the 30th day from the date you signed up. You will be released from any further obligations. The notice must be sent to "email@example.com" via email.
The Refund Policy outlined below also applies to payment plans and you will be responsible for all payments in the payment plan.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. The Company provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for the Program. That money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.
In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know you’d like a refund within 30 days after the date the first module is released, by 4:00pm CST (“Refund Period”). You must include your coursework with your request for a refund, as outlined below. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the end of the Refund Period, you will not be granted a refund. No refunds will be offered until the start of the Program. No exceptions.

After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these Terms and Conditions that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of the Program, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address.
You agree that the Academy Product contains proprietary Content that is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading any Product Content, including to any sharing or social media sites is considered stealing, and the Company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Company provides you with the Academy Product solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary Content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use the Academy Product or the Content available in the Product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of the Company’s rights or that has not been authorized in writing by the Company. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Academy Product. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.
The Academy includes access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will receive one username, password, and member profile for use during the live course and in the private member section of the Site.
If you would like to take the Academy along with a business partner or collaborator, you will need to each purchase the course individually. Additionally, if you are interested in having your assistant or your entire team take the Academy, a separate membership will need to be purchased for each participating member.
