ECOM ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The Company’s (Knitted Belle Boutique LLC) Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer are hereby incorporated by reference into this agreement. Except as modified by this Agreement, each of those agreements and policies shall apply fully to your participation in the Program.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. The money-back guarantee is governed by the following terms.

In order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at info@knittedbelle.com and let us know you’d like a refund within 14 days after the date the first module is released, by 4:00pm CST (“Refund Period”). You must include your coursework with your request for a refund, as outlined below. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the end of the Refund Period, you will not be granted a refund. No refunds will be offered until the start of the Program. No exceptions.

You must submit ALL of the following items with your request for a refund:

• Requirement 1: Complete and attach at least five sentences telling us specifics about your Ideal Customer.
• Requirement 2: Complete and attach the takeaways from at least three modules, including at least two Objections and Solutions/Insights to any objections that came up on the calls.
• Requirement 3: Complete and attach your Business Review.
• Requirement 4: Attach screenshots of two actual social media posts (must show publish date within the Refund Period) where you were selling products of your business or engaging your customers.
• Requirement 5: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request. 

Since we have a clear and explicit Refund Policy in these Terms and Conditions that you have agreed to prior to completing the purchase of the Program, we do not tolerate or accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor. If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You agree that the Academy Product contains proprietary Content that is owned by the Company and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading any Product Content, including to any sharing or social media sites is considered stealing, and the Company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Company provides you with the Academy Product solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary Content in any way whatsoever except for use in compliance with this Agreement. You will not use the Academy Product or the Content available in the Product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of the Company’s rights or that has not been authorized in writing by the Company. More specifically, unless explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, rent, lease, loan, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from the Academy Product. You may, however, from time to time, download and/or print one copy of individual pages of the Site for your personal, noncommercial use, provided that you keep intact all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices.

The Academy includes access for one (1) person. Upon registration, you will receive one username, password, and member profile for use during the live course and in the private member section of the Site.

If you would like to take the Academy along with a business partner or collaborator, you will need to each purchase the course individually. Additionally, if you are interested in having your assistant or your entire team take the Academy, a separate membership will need to be purchased for each participating member.
